Terms of Sale
As with all pets the purchase of a miniature goat requires committment to care for their health and wellbeing.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale in the welfare of the animals.
It is recommended that you visit to inspect your goat. Veterinary checks can be organised upon request, although all costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not refund money so please consider you purchase carefully.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check with local council regulations on the keeping of goats in your area.
On purchasing your new goat we will require a deposit of 40% (non-refundable) to hold your animal. A maximum of 2 weeks will be allowed after deposit is made to arrange pick up .
Assignment fees of $3.00 per day will be charged after this peiod to cover feeding costs.
Goats will then be required to be paid for in full before leaving the stud.
We will not accept personal cheques unless sent at least one week prior to collection to allow for them to clear. Direct debit payment must also clear prior to collection of your purchase. Cash payment at pickup is acceptable and preferred.
We offer servicing of breeding age does with our bucks if required, however servicing fees will apply.
After sales advice will be available for the purchaser of any of our goats therefore we can be contacted at anytime for assistance.
